A full-room home bar commission built for a client with a very particular passion — and the conviction to build an entire room around it. Manchester United red joinery from floor to ceiling, warm oak throughout, a full-length spirits shelf, an illuminated display cabinet, a bespoke dartboard alcove with its own LED-lit joinery and an Old Trafford M16 street sign at its base, integrated wine storage and antique brass hardware on every door. The Treble. The Legends. The Treble Winners. It is all here, and every detail of the joinery was made to hold it.
The bar counter runs the full width of the room — warm solid oak top, exposed Edison bulb pendants above, and the full-length spirits shelf loaded from wall to wall. The whiskey collection is formidable: Bushmills, Jameson, Redbreast, Proper Twelve and more, every bottle at eye level and within reach.
At one end, a bespoke illuminated display cabinet with a red-painted frame, warm oak backing and glass shelves carries the premium bottles and trophies in LED-lit brilliance. At the other end, the open spirits run continues seamlessly. The entire scheme is Manchester United red, every accent warm antique brass. It is a room that could only belong to one person.
The dartboard alcove is the detail that reveals what a true commission looks like. A full-height oak panel framed in red with LED strip lighting running the inner edge, a Unicorn dartboard centre stage, a small oak shelf for darts below — and at the very base, the Old Trafford M16 street sign.
To the left, red painted cabinetry with antique brass knobs and a television above. Manchester United memorabilia printed and framed across every available wall. Not one element of this room was an afterthought — from the joinery specification to the placement of the street sign, everything was considered.
